Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of your personal data from ClipProfit

At ClipProfit, operated by DaanSoftware, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

What gets deleted

When you submit a data deletion request, we will delete the following within thirty (30) days:

  • Your ClipProfit account and profile information
  • Social media account data obtained through platform APIs (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook)
  • Clip submissions, engagement metrics, and analytics data
  • Payment information (processed through our third-party payment provider)
  • Any other personal data we hold about you

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained beyond the 30-day deletion period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records required for tax and accounting obligations
  • Information necessary to comply with legal obligations or court orders
  • Data needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
  • Fraud prevention records

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data in any of the following ways:

Option 1: Email us

Send an email to info@daansoftware.nl with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email address and username so we can locate your data.

Option 2: Delete your account in the app

Log in to app.clipprofit.com, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. This will automatically trigger deletion of all your data.

Revoking social media access

In addition to requesting data deletion from ClipProfit, you can revoke our access to your connected social media accounts directly through the platform settings:

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. If you have any questions about the deletion process, please contact us at info@daansoftware.nl.
